We define a ‘transaction’ as any single entry into your bookkeeping system. For example, entering a single-line invoice is one transaction. A corresponding payment to close the invoice is considered a separate transaction. For multi-line invoices, you have the option to request the entry of each line individually (with each line counting as a transaction) or the invoice total only (one transaction).
Don’t worry if your business is seasonal or fluctuates. We will work with you to estimate the correct package based on your average transaction count and provide you with a 10% safety cushion for up to three months before re-evaluating your package level.
